"At first I thought the site looked decent..."
At first I thought the site looked decent and I was ready to browse around a bit. But then I started checking the authenticity details and suddenly I was like, wait a minute, this is not enough. The provenance on a few items was really vague, and that made me lose confidence fast. I ended up not buying anything because I just didn’t feel sure about what I was getting.

The prices felt way too high to me. For what you actually get, it just didn’t feel worth it, kinda a rip-off tbh.

"It worked out, but it made me rethink the experience"
It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I did expect things to feel a little smoother. The site was kind of clunky, and the replies took longer than I expected, which made the whole process feel more stressful than it needed to be. My order did turn out fine in the end, so I’m glad for that, but it reminded me how much the little things matter when you’re trying to trust a company. I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again

"Solid selection and mostly in stock"
I spent a little time browsing heritage-arms.com, they had a good selection. I had checked a few other sites first, and this one felt easier to shop because most of the stuff I clicked on was actually available. That was a nice change, because yeah, that’s definitely not always how it goes.
I’m giving it 4 stars since a couple of the items I originally wanted were out of stock, so I had to go with a backup choice. Not a huge deal, though. I still found what I needed without much hassle, and overall it was a smooth experience.

"Honestly, ordering was more frustrating than I expected"
I felt kind of embarrassed because I thought I was just missing something obvious, but the ordering process was really messy. I had to go back and forth a few times, and by the end I was more annoyed than I should’ve been just trying to place an order.

I tried using the site on my phone, and wow, what a relaxing little test of patience. Pages took forever to load, and by the time I got to checkout, I was confused about what to do next. Not the easiest experience, unfortunately

I checked out heritage-arms.com and, yeah, I can’t say it made me feel super comfortable. The reputation info I found was kind of all over the place, which is always reassuring, of course. Maybe other people won’t mind, but personally I’d take my time and be careful before trusting it too much

"Warranty help took too long and didn’t solve it"
I reached out for warranty help thinking it would be straightforward, but it turned into a drawn-out back-and-forth. I waited longer than expected for responses, and after all that, the issue still wasn’t actually fixed. It was frustrating because I was hoping the warranty process would make things easier, not leave me right where I started

"Return was more hassle than I expected"
Maybe it’s just me, but the return process felt way more annoying than it needed to be. I had to send a few follow-ups because replies were slow, and the refund took longer than I was hoping. To be fair, I did get my money back eventually, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. Not the worst experience ever, but I’m not sure I’d rush to order again

"The packaging was honestly a mess"
The box showed up completely crushed, like it had absolutely been through a disaster. I’m 100% convinced the only reason the item survived is pure luck. Thankfully it was still okay, but the packaging was disappointing.

"I got exactly what I ordered..."
I got exactly what I ordered, and so far it’s been shooting straight at the range. Nothing fancy to explain really, it just works like it’s supposed to and hasn’t given me any real problems. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the shipping updates were kinda slow and I wasn’t sure what was going on for a bit. Other than that, I’d order from them again

"Slow shipping and poor updates"
The shipping took way longer than I expected, and the updates were few and far between. How are you supposed to know what’s going on when there’s barely any tracking info? I was basically just waiting around with no real idea when it would arrive. Frustrating experience overall.

"Slow responses and no real update"
I reached out to Heritage Arms about my order and it took several days before I heard anything back. I tried following up by email, but the reply I eventually got didn’t really answer my question or give me a clear update.
At first I told myself to be patient, but my gut kept saying something felt off. I don’t mind waiting if someone just communicates but the lack of a straight answer made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be.
In the end, I felt like I had to keep chasing them for basic information. I wish I had trusted my instinct sooner and pushed harder for clarity, because a simple update would have made a big difference

"FFL Transfer Was Smooth"
I had an FFL transfer sent here and overall it went smoothly. There was a little bit of back and forth over email to get everything lined up, but nothing too frustrating, and they handled it fine. Once everything was ready, pickup was easy and straightforward. i was relieved it all worked out without any real hassle

I was trying to order a few parts, but the compliance info was kinda confusing and I end up having to check my own state rules myself. Support did reply, but they was slow getting back to me. The site looks okay overall, but I just didn't feel confident enough to finish the order. Giving it 2 stars for now.

I tried placing an order on heritage-arms.com, but the payment page kept throwing errors for no clear reason. My card was working fine on other sites, so I don’t think the issue was on my end. It eventually went through after several tries, but it was disappointing and made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ordered a used rifle from heritage-arms.com and it showed up pretty much as described. There was a bit more bluing wear near the muzzle than I thought there’d be, but the bore was clean and the wood was in good shape. Packaging was fine and everything arrived without any issues. It wasn’t perfect, but for a used rifle I felt like it was a fair deal. I’d give it about 4 stars and would probably recommend giving them a look...
